Targeted Foreclosure Progress and Cash Flow: We deliver a specific foreclosure/bankruptcy/legal status with detail provided by the foreclosure and/or bankruptcy attorney by requiring the attorney to complete a detailed questionnaire. We recreate a 12 month loan-by-loan cash flow analysis and other pertinent data to enable identification of those loans, which are likely to become re-performing.
